Mother Nature has not endowed Aedipsos with beauty alone, but also with warm and mineral waters oggering restored health and revitalization. The town today boasts more than eighty springs, with water ranging in temperature from 28°C to 86°C. At the public beach sources come directly from the ground of the sea, which is a unique phenomenon in the world. There is a bathing beach with showers and changing cubicle. It is in the near of the Thermal health hotel Thermae Sylla Spa.
An outdoor pool in the ground of the spa facilities for state-of-the-art hydrotherapie from the Greek National Tourism Organisation can be used for bathing in both mineral and seawater.
